Egyptology for Primary and Secondary School Teachers

Czech Institute of Egyptology has organised a course of Egyptology for primary and secondary school teachers. The aim of the course was to introduce to the teachers the newest research, application of archaeological information in historical research, and the wide variety of sources with which Egyptologists work. The course was financed by the Development Project of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Czech Republic No. 354 "Ancient Egypt. The presentation of new scholarly methods for history teaching".
The course took place between April - October 2005 in the form of weekend seminars.
